Taxes:
Buyer is responsible for any customs charges, local taxes and other related surcharges. In most cases, amount of tax will not be shown during checkout, it will only be charged during customs clearance by the local government of the shipping destination. Please check with your local government on tax related information if you have any queries. Please bear in mind that in some cases, FedEx will make the tax payment on behalf of the recipient in order to clear the customs. They will collect the payment from the recipient during the delivery.
Paper Material:
Please note that the paper stock used for printing is of premium quality recycled paper, hence the tone of colour will not be exactly the same every time and it is inevitable that slight blemishes may be present.
Your Orders:
Seller does not accept returns, exchanges or cancellations. Please contact the seller if you have any issues with your orders.
Shipping Methods:
Worldwide: FedEx express with tracking number. Estimated arrival time 3-5 working days. There may be delays due to postal service disruptions, festive seasons, global pandemic situation and customs clearance.
Malaysia: Express courier with tracking number. Estimated arrival time 1-3 working days.
Packaging for shipping:
Artworks will be packed carefully with sturdy and protective materials.
Damages Claims:
Seller ensures that the artworks are appropriately packaged with sturdy materials and shall not be liable in respect of any claims including refund and replacement for damaged and lost items. Rough handling and mishandling of parcels are beyond seller's control. Therefore, please consider your purchase carefully, do not place order if you do not feel comfortable or do not agree with this policy.
Returned Parcel:
Seller shall not be liable for any unclaimed or returned parcels due to incomplete or inaccurate shipping information provided by the buyers. All reshipment and additional cost will be charged to the buyer.

Israel, Russia, Ukraine, Turkey, China, Belarus, Slovakia, etc – Due to customs policies, other restrictions and logistic difficulties.
Shipping Information:
To ensure smooth delivery, please provide recipient’s full name, full address (with postcode) in English, phone number and email. Seller is not responsible for incidents caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.
Shipping Date:
Every order will be shipped as soon as possible within 1-5 working days from Malaysia.
Shipping Delay:
Every parcel has the possibility to get delayed due to custom inspection, clearance, and postal service disruptions. Please contact the seller for assistance.

The main purpose of the German Packaging Act is to reduce the negative impacts of packaging waste on the environment and to significantly increase recycling rates.
