Paper Stock for Art Prints:

Please note that the paper stock used for printing is a type of recycled paper, the tone of colour will not be exactly the same every time and sometimes it is hard to avoid tiny dots/particles on the paper. 


Paper Trimmed Size:

Please allow slight differences of paper cut size as they’re trimmed using heavy duty cutting machine manually.

Shipping Methods:

Worldwide: FedEx express with tracking number. Estimated arrival time 3-5 working days. There will be delays due to postal service disruptions, festive seasons, global pandemic situation and customs clearance. If your address is categorised as "Out of delivery area" by FedEx, there's additional surcharge you need to pay for delivery. You'll be notified the surcharge amount and a PayPal account will be provided for you to make the payment.Malaysia: Express courier with tracking number. Estimated arrival time 1-3 working days.


Shipping Information:

To ensure smooth delivery, please provide recipient’s full name, full address (with postcode) in English, phone number and email. Seller is not responsible for incidents caused by incomplete or inaccurate information.


Shipping Date:

Every order will be shipped as soon as possible within 1-5 working days from Malaysia.


Shipping Delay:

Every parcel has the possibility to get delayed due to custom inspection, clearance, and postal service disruptions. Please contact the seller for assistance.


Track Parcel:

FedEx will update shipping status via email or parcel can be tracked on
. For Malaysian buyers, the seller will keep you posted on the delivery status.



Buyer can request for a replacement item free of charge (including shipping) if the item is stolen, lost or damaged during transit. However, sold items are not refundable.


Returned Parcel:

Seller is not responsible for any unclaimed or returned parcels due to incomplete or inaccurate shipping information provided by the buyers. All reshipment and additional cost will be charged to the buyers including damaged and lost item.



Buyer is responsible for any customs charges, local taxes and other related surcharges.
